Our journey every time ends with the teaching of choreography. All this with a lot of cheer, and arketi dose of benevolent madness.

AERIAL

Aerial acrobatics are a way of moving to a different level, playing with gravity.
The class lasts two hours. The first 45 ' we prepare the body for what will follow with strength training and flexibility. The warm-up is influenced by yoga, floor acrobatics and theatrical play. The central objective is the activation and strengthening of the muscular system, the exploration of positions that will be used in the air, the gradual contact with the rhythm, the music, the flow, the breathing and their relationship with the physical movement. The following are 15 '-20 ' drills on each aerial object (silks, trapeze and ring) commensurate with the level and needs of each participant.
Then there is the learning combination of techniques that lead us to positions-poses or falls for the most beginners, and for the more advanced the exploration of the kinetic choices given to us in every known position. Finally, depending on its level, everyone presents a kinetic flow, with the most advanced being invited to set up a complete flow with selection of music, mode of entry to the stage, original motor choices (resulting from improvisations with exercises influenced by theatrical play and contemporary dance).
We close with 15 minutes of recovery-discharge with central aim to calm the body from muscle tensions. This fourth consists of slow and calm flexibility exercises, combined with breathing. It has influences from partner yoga and tai-massage.
